A big thank you to all of my friends and family who donated to the Arthritis Foundation for the 2012 San Francisco Arthritis Walk. Thank you so much for your support on my journey. You know who you are!
We raised over $800 for those living with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Juvenile Arthritis this year! This funding will make a positive impact on the lives of people living with arthritis by funding arthritis research and education, better treatment options, community support and life improvement programs across the country.
The reason I chose the Arthritis Foundation is because I am one of the people living with RA who experience the day-to-day struggle that goes along with this chronic illness. Every day we are looking for hope, remission and possibly a cure. And with the support of the Arthritis Foundation, we can get through every day a little bit easier, with a little more knowledge about this disease.
The total donations in San Francisco were over $101,000! So thank you all again for your help and support during our journey!
